Software phone - iPhone & iPad
This manual is meant for 1A-server users. It explains how to use 1A-telephony without a physical phone by using the software Zoiper.
Requirements
To complete this manual, you will need:
- A phonenumber and password from your 1A-manager
- Your user number for telephony
- The IP address of your server

Starting Zoiper
- Open 'Zoiper'
- Allow Zoiper to use the microphone and contacts

Creating a SIP account (1)
- Press the menu option
Settings - Choose
Accounts

+ - Press
SIP account - At
Account nameenter a clear name
For example "Work" - Enter the correct information:
Domain→ <IP-address-server>Username→ <phonenumber>Password→ <phone-password>Use Outbound Proxy→ Turn onOutbound proxy→ <IP-address-server>

Network Settings - Turn off
Enable STUN - If so desired, turn off
Enable on start - Press
Save

Register - At the left top, press
Accounts - At the left top, press

Logging in with your VoIP account
- Press the menu option
Dialpad - Enter the login number:
*11<VoIP-user-number> - Press
Call

Closing Zoiper
- Press the home button twice
- Swipe Zoiper up until it is gone
- Press the home button
