Kopano WebApp - Share own mailbox

This manual is for older systems and/or software and is no longer maintained.

This manual is meant for 1A-server users. It explains how you can share your own mailstore, so your colleagues can connect to it as a Shared mailbox & calendar in Kopano WebApp.

Requirements

To complete this manual, you will need:

• Your username and password
• A webbrowser

Steps

Go to the Kopano WebApp

• Go to the startpage of your 1A-server (step 1 in Information about your 1A-server)
• Click Kopano WebApp

Log into the Kopano WebApp

• Log in with your username and password

Go to settings

• Click Settings in the top right corner

Open the settings for delegation

• Click Delegates
• Click Add...
  
  If the user is already a delegate, you can change the assigned rights: Select the user, click Permission...

Select a delegate

• Select the Global Address Book
• Select the user you want to make a delegate
• Click Ok

Configure the delegate

• Assign permissions to this delegate
• Click Ok
  
  For each delegate, you can assign different permissions for different parts of your mailbox

Apply the settings

• Click Apply
