Kopano WebApp - Share own mailbox
This manual is for older systems and/or software and is no longer maintained.
This manual is meant for 1A-server users. It explains how you can share your own mailstore, so your colleagues can connect to it as a Shared mailbox & calendar in Kopano WebApp.
Requirements
To complete this manual, you will need:
- Your username and password
- A webbrowser
Steps

  Go to the Kopano WebApp
- Go to the startpage of your 1A-server (step 1 in Information about your 1A-server)
- Click Kopano WebApp

  Log into the Kopano WebApp
- Log in with your usernameandpassword

  Go to settings
- Click Settingsin the top right corner

  Open the settings for delegation
- Click Delegates
- Click Add...If the user is already a delegate, you can change the assigned rights: Select the user, clickPermission...

  Select a delegate
- Select the Global Address Book
- Select the user you want to make a delegate
- Click Ok

  Configure the delegate
- Assign permissions to this delegate
- Click OkFor each delegate, you can assign different permissions for different parts of your mailbox

  Apply the settings
- Click Apply
